1. How will we benefit from this change?
   • Our new address in Sarasota – Florida is a Tax-Free address which means that    you will be able to save 10% local tax on your future orders.
2. When should I start using the new address?
   • Immediately. All future shipments should be addressed to the new address.
3. I have already placed an order and it is in transit to the old address. What will happen to my order?
   • We will continue to accept shipments temporarily in our old facility only until October 1st, 2023. All shipments delivered to our old facility will be forwarded to the final destination but will experience a longer transit time. To avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure to update your address on etailer checkout pages or contact the merchant and update your address at the earliest.
