Shop & Ship Rate US, Follow Us and Win Competition Official Rules

1. To qualify to enter the competition you must: (a) be 21 years of age or older; and (b) ensure you have a Facebook or Instagram account during the competition.
2. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Aramex which will be final.
3. To enter the competition, you must:
   1. Follow Shop & Ship at @shopandship on Instagram and/or Facebook;
   2. Rate the updated Shop & Ship App on App Store or Google App Store (Google Play); and
   3. share a screenshot with us via Facebook Messages or Instagram Direct Messenger.
4. twenty (20) days after the start of the competition (“Selection Date”).  The winner will receive one (1) iPhone 17 (the “Prize”). The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Messenger and announced on Shop & Ship’s Instagram Stories.
5. Aramex will randomly select one (1) winner using an online randomizer.
6. Aramex reserves the right to change the Selection Date with no warning or liability to participants.
7. Any use of an electronic device to enhance or alter participant’s odds of winning will be considered a fraudulent entry and will be declared as invalid.
8. To claim the Prize, winner must respond as directed within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt. If winner cannot be reached or fails to timely respond or comply with the requirements or if Aramex determines that the winner(s) is not eligible or is disqualified, then Aramex will select an alternative winner through the remaining eligible entries.
9. Prize is non-transferable.
10. By accepting the Prize, winner grants Aramex permission to use the name, photo, statements, and experiences of winner related to the competition for advertising/marketing purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
11. The competition will be eligible in these countries only: Jordan, UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Morocco, Kuwait and Oman.
12. Participants consent to their data being stored, transferred, and processed (either in the UAE or overseas) by Aramex and consent to their authorized third parties to contact participant if participant wins a Prize and to organize its delivery and any other uses of the information.
13. Aramex can change these terms and conditions or cancel the competition and/or Prize at its discretion and without incurring liability as a result.
14. All federal and local laws and regulations apply, and the competition is void where prohibited by law.
15. Employees of Aramex or any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and persons connected with the competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
16. Aramex will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any losses, expenses, damages, including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, arising out of organizing or holding this competition or as a result of your participation in this competition or as a result of your winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any prize, or if the competition does not run as planned, including claims based on publicity rights, defamations or invasion of privacy. This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of Aramex for (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability.
17. These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai International Financial Center (“DIFC”) and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC courts.
